Looks really cool. It seems that a random dragon will spawn on the same duration as Kazzak. Pretty neat.

Rogue epic quest will be to collect a 25% drop off each of the 4 dragons. You have to have an item in you inventory that drops off Nefarion, or you will see it but be unable to loot.

I've been sitting waiting for a 100% drop rate off Kazzak for over a month.

Just so you guys know about them, the dragon spawn timer is that of kazzak, every time the spawn is ready a single one of the 4 dragons (random) will spawn at one of the 4 spawn points (feralas, ashenvale, the hinterlands and duskwood). They aren't all seperate spawn timers, i am also assuming they share loot tables.
