Miro, working a job like mine, you lose faith in humanity.

If I had the means to bring about the end of times.. I can honestly say I'd do it..

The level of frustration.. It's big.. That's why there's so much turnaround in the End User IS industry.. Granted the money is awesome(for me at least, I'm cross trained on 50+ ISPs), but at the end of the day, I am ready to kill someone.. But, at least I get to sit in front of a computer right?

Story time for the bored one...

I worked customer service type jobs for 8 years. Started at Frank's Nursery (garden+crafts store) and after a while couldn't stand smelling like fertilizer. I gave them my two week notice and they scheduled me to work two days in those two weeks... the last two days. I was dead sick with a bad case of the flu those two days, the first day I toughed it out with every single customer commenting on how sick I was and saying I should go home. The next day I could not get up to go to work and called in explaining how sick I was. They REFUSED to let me stay home, they said I HAD to come in. I said I couldn't even get up out of bed and was running a 102 fever. They didn't care, I hung up on them and never went in.

Ohhh, I'd been having a really rough week. My Gran's neighbor (good family friend for 30+ years) and two of her other friends (a married couple I've never met) perished on the boat that capsized Sunday. I was sick tuesday and wednesday. Work's been sucking but thats normal. Yesterday we held a raffle at work to raise money for breast cancer awareness. Three winners received pink baskets filled with pink stuff. Each winner had to pick one of the baskets and then check the basket for the free day off pay coupon that was in one of them. I won! Made my week just a little bit better. I never win stuffs :).
