UI Issues

I am having problems with my UI settings saving. This includes all the UIs I use, weather its the location of the RA icon on my mini map, to the healing % where my mana conserve kicks in or even my wardrobe addon. I change the settings and they stay until I log or Reload UI. The settings go back to where they were before. Does any one have any idea how I can go about fixing this?

All those settings are stored in the savedvariables.lua file. Delete it, or rename it, then set all your settings in game (since deleting/renaming that file will set them all to default).

First thing I tried to fix it. No dice, the only other thing that I can think of that I haven't tried, could that file have become read only by accident? Let me check it. If thats not the issue, anymore ideas?

Turn off ALL addons, see if you have the problem. If not, then turn them on one by one until you experience the problem, then you know which addon is causing it to happen.
